STRESS - ANXIETY - WORRY - NEGATIVE THINKING
All have one thing in common - they trigger our 'fight or flight' response or commonly known now as our 'stress response'.
When we worry or engage in negative thinking, we can in effect trick our brains into thinking that there is a real threat. As a consequence, our flight or fight response kicks in to deal with the perceived threat.
When the demands of life become too much – stress response!
By changing our thinking and our perceptions of events and situations we can vastly improve our lives and wellbeing.
